Hello hello! Welcome to the

brewsterassembly workshop! Because the game is highly reliant on character plots, movement, and relations, this post is here to allow all players to discuss their ideas for characters and carve out a place for them within the setting, as well as consider potential or pre-established CR. It’s brainstorming and matchmaking all in one! Please respond to the post using the below form; feel free to comment to others’ forms as well to hash things out!

Canon:
AU or Jamjar?: Which option are you choosing for entry into the game? If you're playing a canon Nasuverse character as native to the setting, that is still AU, while pulling them in from their own canon is still jamjar.
Master or Servant?:
Class: If playing a Servant. Please keep the current distribution of Servant classes in mind when choosing! Uniformity in the standard classes, rarity in the extra classes. If you’re uncertain, you can also include potential classes you’d like to play this character in - remember, the greater majority of Heroic Spirits qualify for more than one class!

Character blurb: A rundown of your character. This can be anything from their personality to background to likes and dislikes to the time they scraped their knee on the sidewalk so their butler flew into a rage and had the entire street torn up which led to a revolution in the neighborhood because people were growing tired of their roads being at the whims of the upper classes. Is your character from a prominent family of Magi? Are they on the run from Sealing Designation Enforcers or Executors or bounty hunters? Any information you provide us is something we can use to enhance the gameplay experience and your fellow players can use to workshop with you, so while you don't NEED to tell us every single thing, there's definitely no need to be shy!

Character name: Kirei Kotomine

Master or Servant?: Master... he's a bad priest

Character blurb: Kirei is terrible. Absolutely terrible. He likes eating food spicy enough to make him ""feel alive"" (aka put himself in pain and sweat and slurp in public like he's having an orgasm) and misery—inflicting it on people himself, hearing tons of people die in a mass atrocity, building an orphan-powered furnace in a church basement, watching little girls cry, etc. If you can think of it and it's Bad he is probably really interested in it. Unfortunately, his emotions have been broken from birth so that's sort of why he is this way. I don't think it's a stretch to say he has some traits of a sociopath by any means considering he (supposedly) doesn't feel the same emotions other, normal human beings do, and is hardly affected by concern for his fellow person.

Fortunately, he does have his morals. Kirei is super Catholic and super ultra pro-life and because he was raised with a strong sense of morality built into him, he's well aware his unique deficiencies are undesired in God's eyes. What comes from the combination of that with his desires is a man who can be unbelievably cruel, but also serve as a pretty awesome preacher. He follows a lot of rules demanded by his religion, but is just as likely to shirk them or creatively work around them if the reward is good enough.

Kirei will be AU'd into the setting, so while he's still the same basic character who has already undergone the change Kirei experienced from /Zero to /stay night, aspects of his personal history will be different. He is one of the three current supervisors for the Holy Grail War. Kirei spends a lot of time at the Fuyuki Church. Come for his depressing sermons. Like in canon, he'll also be an Executor, and he has a strong talent with "surgery" or healing magecraft.

He's also a family man (he doesn't play by the rules...), happily married to an adoring wife, and father to 10 girls ranging in age from beginning college to infancy.
Requested characters or CR:
- AU'd family members! Daddy, mommy (PLEASE), older or younger siblings, any of his daughters. Kirei's AU wife is Claudia, the same woman as his wife in canon, so his daughters can take after her in appearance (white hair, golden eyes) or his, also they can inherit Kirei's sociopathic tendencies/emotional broken-ness if you want.
- literally anyone who wants to be messed with in any way or take on a bad priest as an ally to do some dangerous stuff. Sabotage, lying by omission, fighting, assassination, mental warfare, top 5 anime betrayals, Kirei does it all. I am totally open for plotting and threading Private Convos if you are.
- a moral compass
- characters who have need of the typical priest duties—conducting funerals, officiating marriages, baptism, rescuing the lives of injured innocents, guided Bible study and Sunday school, exorcisms of harmful spirits or beings, confession, blessing; again, Kirei does it all
- do you literally want to come into a church and babysit his cute baby
